Test valves

The test valve is used when the pressure is only to be changed in the test line when testing the response behaviour of SAVs in order to test a high pilot. It is intended to ensure that the pressure discharge of the real sensing line is never interrupted during the measurement and that the measuring line remains fully functional even after the measurement process has been completed – even if the test valve remains installed by mistake or if the integrated ball valve is forgotten to be opened again.
