Accumulator quick-closing valves

Accumulator quick-closing valves (AV) protect a pressurised accumulator. As soon as the filling level reaches a dangerously low level during volume withdrawal, the accumulator valve is closed to prevent compressed air from entering the pipes. The control is carried out with its pilot medium, accumulator valves are designed using seat technology.

When the valve is closed, the accumulator can first be filled via the integrated check valve.
