Line break valve (pipe rupture protection)
Description
Line break valves detect a leak in a pipe to be monitored and switch as soon as the pressure drop rate exceeds a preset value. In the event of ‘normal’ pressure changes in the pipework, the line break valve does not react.
Once it is triggered, it must be manually re-engaged on site.
